A HUMAN APPROACH TO BUILDING TENNESSEE’S FUTURE WORKFORCE

  • Holistic Student Supports

Students First, Always. - A key tnAchieves value that defines our programs and innovation. tnAchieves has developed wraparound student supports designed to ensure successful post-secondary enrollment and completion for all students.

  • Rooted in Community

Community partners ensure that the tnAchieves goal of “serving students at scale” is realistic and attainable. Our network of advocates represents business and industry as well as local school systems and post-secondary institutions.

  • Practicing Accountability

The thread binding our community-rooted, holistic student supports is accountability. Through data partnerships across the state, we measure, adjust and rely on the magic that happens when student voice is coupled with data.
